The fitness instructor and YouTuber who is best known for inventing her 21 Day Fix Diet. She has a certification as a fitness trainer and belongs to the Beachbody trainer community. On September 27th 2013, she started her self-titled Youtube channel, where she posts workouts and diet tips. Formerly, she worked at Brooke Burke's Modern Mom.
